Pricing
Prices of pledges are all shown in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site exclude delivery cost. Delivery cost would be added in the check out page, where there will be displayed the total amount.
Payments
Payments can be done through PayPal - OR - using your Kickstarter Credits - OR - a combination of both.
Pledging
When you place or increase a pledge, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your instructions. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any reward that you have pledged for, we will inform you as soon as possible and will give you the option of either reconfirm the pledge at the corrected price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the pledge as cancelled.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Delivery information
The campaign landing page will tell you the expected delivery times of your rewards. The Website extends the crowdfunding campaign for the product, and the products are not manufactured yet while the Website allows you to place pledges. Although the creators of the product will take measures to ensure a timely delivery of the rewards, sometimes delays may occur which result in a late delivery. We do not offer pledge cancellations in such cases.
Shipping
You accept that if you provide incorrect information when supplying us with your shipping address, you may incur additional shipping charges. Should such charges not be paid, the rewards shall not be shipped.
Unless shipping is insured at an additional charge, we are not liable for missing or damaged rewards.
Refunds and returns
Once a pledge payment is made no refund shall be given. No returns of rewards will be accepted.
